Lemon Pecan Lemon Pecan   Choice whole pecan meats and natural lemon extracts in a dense, rich cake. The pecans and golden raisins cure as their flavors mature and ripen over time. Subtly memorable -- the lemon-pecan cake is excellent with afternoon tea, and as a perfect finish, distinctive and fragrant (we suggest whipped cream or ice cream and excellent coffee), to a meal.  
Almond Ginger    Drenched in aromatic, all-natural almond extracts. This cake states the end of the meal in mellow almond cream enveloping spicy chunks of natural crystalline sugared ginger with golden raisins and the lightest hint of spice.   Almond Ginger
Orange Walnut Orange Walnut   Chewy walnuts soaked in tangy all-natural orange extracts smoothed through the dense, moist cake. The citrus bouquet balances the nutty roasted flavor of the walnuts.

Devonshire Biscotti   The most luxurious Biscotti in the world - large chunks of each of our cakes crisped just until crunchy, loaded with nuts and tangy citrus, and dusted with powdered sugar for snowy results. Irresistible. All six flavors: Lemon-Pecan Biscotti, Almond-Ginger Biscotti, Orange-Walnut Biscotti, Deep Chocolate Lemon-Pecan Biscotti, Deep Chocolate Almond-Ginger Biscotti, and Deep Chocolate Orange-Walnut Biscotti.
