Devonshire Cakes are made of unbromated flour, pure cane sugar, organic whole eggs and butter, pure extracts of citron and nuts, golden raisins, poppyseeds, nutmeats, and dried fruits.

There are no preservatives.

The cakes and Biscotti should not be frozen but stored airtight under refrigeration (32-40 degrees Fahrenheit, 0-4.4 degrees Centigrade), where they will keep for up to a year. Devonshire Cakes become more flavourful over time.

Note: These cakes must be kept refrigerated at all times.
